Projects Engagement: 1. Commercial due diligence for a leading PE’s investment in a desert brand with analysis of competitive landscape and operation 2. Supply Chain Strategy project for an international consumer goods company to optimize the global manufacturing network 3. China fleet market assessment for a global leading auto OEM including analysis of product quality, aftermarket service etc. General Responsibility: 1. Managed 10+ interns to collect data from store check (~30 stores), cold call (~500 calls), literature research and interviews 2. Analyzed more than 4,000 data through excel and structured key insights on PPT slides logically
