Managed employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintained employee records, and administered employment contracts. Followed up on contract renewals and amendments, implementing electronic contract filing through internal systems to improve process efficiency. Assisted in organizing employee engagement activities such as team-building events and annual meetings to enhance team cohesion.
