Collaborate with manufacturers and CROs to roll out rapid serological tests and conduct clinical validations. Lead design and development of LDT validation projects. Support the commercial team for new market opportunities and customer development.

Provide alliance support to all collaboration projects of company in China, driving negotiations, drafting legal documents, and working with attorneys to complete agreements. Work with cross-functional teams such as legal, IP, finance and the technical teams to manage and align on project key terms and deliverables. Perform technology prospecting with focus on agronomic and disease traits discovery. Actively source collaboration opportunities and preferred partners and participate in valuation process. Liaise between the internal and externalI stakeholders and engage in post deal management to ensure the key values are captured. Conduct competitive intelligence landscaping to support the R&D portfolio and strategy.

Map protein expression files during mouse embryonic limb development in a quantitative level using Western blotting, qPCR, etc. Investigate roles of SHH signalling pathway and its components in mouse limb development using mouse and chick genetic models with various molecular biological techniques.

Identified the functional receptors in the mosquito midgut that bind to a bacterial toxin. Investigated the protein-protein interactions using combined approaches of ELISA, immunoassay, SPR, cell flow cytometry and yeast 2 hybrid.
