*I have extensively utilised the Job Portals (Dice.com, Monster.com, Career builder and Indeed), personal database and referrals for candidate searching. * Managed the entire life-cycle recruitment function including sourcing, screening, technical interviewing, reference checks, job offer development and negotiation. * Responsible for developing, building and maintaining relation with new clients/Vendors. * Speak to the consultants, Technical skills, Relocation issues and finalize the deal. * Negotiating the billing with the employer. * Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references. * Maintaining the database of all the Employers and Consultants. * Taking a Preliminary Interview round to judge the candidate's communication and abilities before submitting to the client. * Scheduling and coordinating interview for the short listed candidates. * Maintain targeted number of placements in a month. Identify new business opportunities and responsible for CRM activities. * Understanding client's hiring needs. * Familiar with all the Tax Terms.( C2C, 1099, W2). * Expertise in using Boolean search strings to find candidates from various job boards (Dice, Monster, Jobdiva) and using alternate sources such as LinkedIn.
