Worked for 10 years with the United States Air Force, learning discipline, integrity, and attention to detail. Attended and graduate from The Pennsylvania State University (Main Campus) with a B.S. in Information Technology, which taught business focused IT. Also within those 4 years managed a computer helpdesk, learning valuable leadership and management skills. Worked at a Boeing campus, learning ITIL processes and further refining technical skills. Currently work at PSU as a Systems Admin at the same time helping to develop and implement best practice, ITIL-based, processes to redefine the IT organzation. The next step in my career path: Attain a management/leadership position in IT. Specialties: Project management, focused on IT services provided for the business, leadership and vision.
