Over the years, this work has helped me develop a strong understanding of service quality, operational execution, relationship-based business, and premium client experience.To support my next stage of business growth, I completed the No Code AI and Machine Learning: Building Data Science Solutions program through MIT Professional Education,focused on practical AI, machine learning, no-code tools, automation, and applied data science solutions.Today, I am expanding my direction into AI automation, digital transformation, and intelligent service systems for travel, beauty, and other client-focused industries.
