Triburg is a leading buying agency, which sources goods for clients such as Armani Exchange, GAP, Ralph Loren and other leading American brands. My role was of an Assistant Merchandiser for Armani Exchange (men’s division). Key role was interacting with clients regarding modalities of sampling as well as production. Traveling to various production centers in Delhi, Bangalore and Amritsar to over see the production quality as well as end production before shipping to various outlets of Armani.

Major Brands is a franchise company for various European and American brands such as Mango, Promod, La senza, Inglot, Aldo, Nine West, etc. With head office in Dubai, the company has its Indian head quarters based in Mumbai. The main aim of the company is has been to bring to the Indian consumer the concept of an international brand as well as giving them the shopping experience that international brands have to offer. Heading the Mango store at Select City Walk Mall with a team of 18 people. The Select city outlet of Mango managed to break all records and become the most revenue generating outlet PAN India. Here I was also involved in reordering of apparel as well as accessories independently.

JUST CAVALLI & Kenzo - Managing their store at Emporio Mall, Vasant Kunj, here I was responsible for making sure that the store maintains its international standards of presentation and style quotient. Maintaining customer relations, as well as uphold the sales figures as required by the targets given to us daily, weekly and on a monthly basis and reporting the same to our corporate office. Stock and sales analysis, planning yearly targets based on formulating buying plans are amongst the key responsibilities of my working with Genesis. I was given the opportunity to visit the Milan office for buying for the Spring Summer, Autumn Winter as well as the Swim/ Resort wear collections. I have successfully planned and executed Trunk shows in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi as well as Mumbai to generate the awareness of the brand in cities where the brand store is missing. I have contributed valuable inputs in areas of CRM (Customer relationship Management), Genesis Luxury Gifting solutions as well as Genesis Luxury wedding services.
