Playing the key role in collation of data from different plants, capturing of best practices and process standardization. Also instrumental in mediating policies that should be uniform throughout TML. - Responsible for co-ordination and organizing of all Safety Communications building up safety awareness across operations. - Supported the CSR team in various safety and environmental initiatives. - Associated with various campaigns on road safety with few NGOs and also with Bonjour Film Festival. Achievements - Architected Office Safety Audit Framework that is being followed by the entire Tata Group. - Instrumental role played in attaining 5 star rating in the Health and Safety Audit conducted by British Safety Council. Three of the plants that were offered for the audit received a 5-Star rating. - Successfully initiated the National Safety Week Celebrations for all Offices and Dealers. Project 1: Reduction of finger injuries at CVBU, Pune by 50% and recommending actions that should be taken to reduce finger injuries using the following methods: a) Elimination b) Substitution c) Engineering controls d) Administrative controls e) Use of PPE Project 2: Develop a tracking mechanism for all the accidents so that the accident investigation process is streamlined.

Project 1: An analysis of REC (Renewable Energy Certificate) implementation in India  Defining the scope of work for the company and analyzing the scenario to show how REC implementation will help the investors. Project 2: Preparation of PDD (Project Design Document) for a wind power project  Proving the additionality, analyzing the sensitivity and calculating the emission reductions for a wind power project.
