* As the Team Leader in leading a multi-discipline team of 8 in a medium size event / promotion agency to serve clients from idea to execution in thru-the-line event and promotional project including corporate / PR events, online & social media promotions, marketing solutions and advertising etc. * In charge of internal training and coaching. * Clients including Savills, Swire Food, Movenpick China, MetLife etc. * Achieved a 36% increase of business reflected on the quarterly figures after joining.

I promoted urbanism in Hong Kong & Amsterdam. - As the Project Manager of WeOwnTheCity, a project with a series of exhibition, symposium & publication on public engaged urban planning and design in Hong Kong & Amsterdam. Events were held in both cities. - The project is co-organized by Faculty of Architecture of HKU & ARCAM of Amsterdam with participation of 200 high-level delegates including scholars, government officials, world-renowned architects and professionals from Hong Kong, Europe as well as the China. - In charge of project coordination, communications strategy and marketing, external communications with all parties in Hong Kong, Amsterdam, New York, Shanghai, Taipei. Strategized, solicited & secured all strategic partners for adequate funding & sponsorships for project with around HK$500K sourced for the event and an additional HK$400K for the book publication in the documenting the symposium.
