As Project Manager, I lead projects that contribute to the digitalization and modernization of operational processes. Working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, I coordinate cross-functional teams and guide the incremental delivery of IT solutions, while managing stakeholders across operations and IT. One of the projects I lead focuses on the development and implementation of a Power BI steering dashboard across all regions. The dashboard replaces local Excel solutions and provides insight into throughput times, enabling teamleads to work more data-driven. Its ultimate goal is to support more effective and timely audits, allowing deviations to be identified and addressed sooner.

As a 'Fitlancer' I am available for interim assignments in a structure similar to freelancing, but with the foundation, network and support from ElastIQ-Connect to maximize my career potential. Specifically, I am looking for IT Project Manager, Consultant, Product Owner or Business Analyst functions.

As Business IT Regisseur, I acted as the bridge between operations, and IT and I supported the Business Owner in her overall responsibility for the domain. In this role, I translated operational needs into a digitalization agenda and IT roadmap aimed at automating processes and enabling more efficient ways of working. To ensure alignment between business and IT, I organized and facilitated user groups. These sessions were used to collect functional requirements, build support for the upcoming change, and prepare the phased implementation of new IT solutions. In close collaboration with the other Business IT Regisseurs across the different domains, we were collectively responsible for prioritizing initiatives towards the IT organization. Working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, we aligned business needs with policy changes and IT lifecycle work to ensure that development capacity was focused on the right initiatives.

Led an international team of 6 professionals in the Data & Digital division, reporting directly to the 'Global Head of BI & Analytics.' Empowered data-driven practices by effectively leveraging various business intelligence products. Managed a strategic project within the Business Intelligence workstream using a customized Prince2 methodology. Utilized Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence for seamless collaboration with other IT teams and the business. Oversaw the maintenance and optimization of the Tableau platform for 700 internal and 50 external users, including connectivity to over 10 databases. Surved as the central point of contact for the business, and ensured regular upgrades for the latest features and security releases.

Led the implementation of Tableau, ultimately accommodating over 750 active users, both internal and external. Migrated the platform from cloud to on-premises and established a partnership with an IT service provider. Transformed the BI organization towards a more self-service way of working.

Directly reporting to the Executive Vice President of EMEA and APAC, I provided support to top management by preparing presentations and executing ad-hoc analyses and requests. Additionally, I played a key role in tender processes, implemented a tracking system for global shipping and return volumes, and managed two pilot projects involving automation.

Executed my graduation project within the department responsible for the inbound flow of goods. Wrote my thesis, focusing on assessing risks in the inbound supply chain due to the scaling of Model 3 (graded 7.5). Analyzed data and developed dashboards in Tableau to optimize the inbound supply chain.

Facilitated internships by connecting students with companies. Organized 'inhousedays,' and halfway through the year, I was appointed as the national chairman to oversee the successful execution of 12 corporate days. Conceptualized and organized the 'Integrand Escape Event'.

My graduation project took place in Jakarta, at a company which distributed cosmetic and pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. Executed my research and provided an advisory report about how to improve their business unit ‘Third Party Logistics’.

Part of a research team at a production- and development company, focused on the medical and industrial sector in Europe. The goal of the research was to advise Unitron how to increase its annual turnover in Belgium.

During my internship, my objective was twofold. First of all, I conceived and implemented a systematic 'QLTC-form' to measure the strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks associated with each supplier. Additionally, I created a structured approach for conducting periodic strategic review sessions. This framework has been successfully tested with one of BKB's key strategic suppliers. This underscored the practicality and effectiveness of both the delivered instrument and its proposed method.

30 ECTS of courses in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Research methods and Organization theory.

Four years program (240 ECTS) in Business Engineering which among others included several internships. I finished this program with a graduation project in Jakarta.
