• Work closely with development program manager to fabricate and test a wide variety of state-of-the-art MEMS devices for different applications. Tasks include CVC, SFI, LPCVD, PECVD, TOX deposition methods, stepper-based photolithography, wet and dry-etching (milling), scanning electron microscope (SEM) characterizations, and perform microscope inspections throughout each step to ensure process meets expected results. • Tested and characterized an electromagnetically actuated micro drug delivery system. Performing Failure Analysis on endoscopy camera consoles including but not limited to motherboards, Ethernet and front panel display cards. Reading P-CAD schematics and layout diagrams and use voltmeters, oscilloscopes and power supplies to troubleshoot and root cause analysis of non-compliant/ non-functioning camera controllers and camera light sources. Program video cameras modules, light source micro-controllers and peripherals with firmware. Inspect, test and validation of the same to assure compliance and functional criteria have been meet.

Learned Solid Works cable routing toolbox to design nacelles and tower electrical systems of a 360kW wind turbine. Under the supervision of electrical engineering director: I updated to meet new specifications of a 480V converter and 360kW generator, defined electrical and mechanical interfaces of components, interpreted and redlined 2D technical drawings and 3D models. Worked closely with other departments including: design team, procurement team, and manufacturing team to obtain optimal technical solutions in terms of reliability, safety, and cost of energy. Ensured design compliance with governing norms and internal quality standards as it applied to wind turbines. Researched and qualified vendors for tower and turbine electrical system components including: converter, cooling units, dynamic brake resistor, generator, and power cables and peripherals. Maintained weekly meetings with vendors to resolve and coordinate system integration issues while maintaining targeted schedule.

MESA Engineering Program and MESA Schools Program; Accountable for data entry, technical support and troubleshooting computers. Supported program directors in organizing and creating school presentations. Organized three-phase Wind Turbine Competition for over 50 Junior/High Schools in California.
