Supervise day-to-day transport operations ensuring timely vehicle dispatch and routing. Monitor drivers’ schedules, fuel usage, and maintenance records to reduce downtime and costs. Assist in preparing transport reports, budgeting, and compliance with company policies. Ensure vehicles comply with safety regulations and proper documentation (fitness, insurance, registration). Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to optimize logistics.

Sourcing of raw materials/parts/accessories from overseas & local suppliers. Sourcing of new suppliers based on requisition, collecting quotations (RFQ), price negotiation with vendor, preparing comparison statement in SAP and taking approval from top management to issue Purchase order. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Order and quantity update in the internal and customer online database Taking follow up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards. Monitoring material supplies. Cross checking with factory about the quantity, quality etc.

*Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day). * Proper Storage and preservation of the material Issues. * Material - physical and system Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials. * Maintains 6 S and Visual Workplace in Stores. * Areas Co-ordinates with other functions Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items. * Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports Send documents to accounts for making payments. * Ensure safe handling of materials.

Responsibilities Programs & Jigs verification, test assembly & work instruction preparation. Analysis & modification of BOM list, Main Line Work Instructions Updating/Creating Model Specifications & supervision ESD, MSD and 6S Monitoring & verification of Product & Process Rejections & taking preventive actions. Preparing weekly & monthly Process Quality Report & analysis for line issues. Communication with R & D for about Process, Equipment or Software.
