• In-ward management, collection and compilation of new patient data, and helping my supervisors in the emergency room and Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU). • Took part in basic life support, and advanced cardiac life support measures and also assisted in various bedside procedures. • Included taking patients' history, doing a physical examination, ordering lab tests, managing patients' medication, following up on patients' medical under the supervision of Senior Doctor.

• Attended clinical rotations (20 to 30 patients per day) which included care and management of patients, history taking, and physical examination, handling of patient treatment files, communicating with their relatives, and guiding them through various steps regarding patient care. • Perform Clinical procedures which include IV Port access, Urinary Catheterizations, Nasogastric tube placement, blood withdrawal, blood transfusion, pleural tap, lumbar puncture, and incision & drainage. • Complete patients’ assessment, measure vitals statics, initiate IV before and after surgery, monitor patients for condition changes, and report to the MD. • Perform dressing of Traumatic wound and surgical site, stitching (sutures & staples), and suture removal. • Maintain patients’ progress notes, treatment and prepare discharge summary.

• Assessed COVID-19 symptoms over the phone and provided advice on home management, isolation, and when to seek medical attention • Provided prescriptions for chronic conditions without the need for an in-person visit and ensured patients having continued access to necessary medications • Participating in public awareness campaigns to disseminate accurate information about COVID-19 prevention, symptoms, and treatment • Ordered tests, studies, and medications and Interacted with the family of the patient • Follow-up consultation for recovering patient from COVID-19 to monitor their progress and proper documentation of telephonic consultations and reporting cases to health authorities as required

• Promoted Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) for improving infant and maternal health outcomes. • Conducted focused outreach programs to impart vital KMC knowledge—a cost-effective approach to enhancing the well-being of premature infants. • Coordinated and established strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers and community leaders for facilitating and sustaining behavior change in culturally sensitive practices • Worked to bridge health education gaps, promoting widespread KMC adoption and making a substantial contribution to the health and welfare of mothers and infants in remote villages, in line with WHO's global health goals
