Assistant Designer for Adidas Originals - Womenswear. Main tasks preparing archive and contemporary research, handover decks. Assisting with fitting in a very active manner. Contributing to design solutions with analytical and collaborative thinking. Also creating and updating online technical packs and sketches for factory sampling. Most importantly focusing on bringing life to fashion and lifestyle with cultural knowledge. Which means to be highly trend aware, on a cultural and design level.

Designer and devloper at Menswear and boyswear start up MANCUB. My roles include but are not limited to trend and competitor research. Compiling concept/mood boards, developing artwork, colour pallet for upcoming collections consistent with the brands positioning. Generate multiple design concepts making creative use of colours, graphics, and materials. Accurately producing detailed spec sheets and technical packs for factory partners enabling them to efficiently develop samples. Working with factories and design to sign off fabrics, trims, prints and lab dips for the collections. Measuring and commenting on samples for construction, workmanship and fit for prototypes and production. Managing budget for expenses, samples and production.

Through the success of my design work I was selected and given the opportunity to spend the Summer in New York City on a paid internship assisting the Mens Knitwear design team, in this role I assisted on the design and development of the Men-wear Spring 2018 and Summer 2018 collections. The role required Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create trend and shop reports for the developing trend funnel and to develop fabrication and colour illustrations for Summer '18 Collection. I was also trained in using the online system PLM, attended meetings and garment fittings, created and updated online technical packs and sketches for factory sampling.

During my internship at Cooneen Defence I helped manly in CAD Design such as technical specification flats and development of communication through graphic design, such as product leaflets, and informational material.

During my time at Private White V.C I helped with the general maintenance of the studio, assistant and litigation work. Sample cutting and garment preparation for production, along side quality control. I was involved in for-filing online and wholesale orders. While there I gained experience and became skilled in Gerber Technology, and the MPOS Sales system.
