The Director of Economic Development serves as a principal strategic advisor, developing relationships and informing economic development strategies that benefit Burlington County and its residents. The Director plans, directs, manages, and oversees the activities and operations of the Economic Development Department including programs and projects designed to promote County vitality and encourage efforts to expand the local economy; coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the County of Burlington. As Director I am responsible for leading active efforts to attract, expand, enhance and retain business and commerce in Burlington County. As Director I establish and maintain private/public partnerships for positive long-term economic change by interfacing with local chambers of commerce, as well as with private and public stakeholders, existing and potential businesses.
