The "Pre-Sales" Bridge - You often join the sales team as the technical expert to ensure what’s being sold is doable. I tackle items such as Scoping, Proof of Concept (PoC), and Roadmapping. 3. Security & Compliance - In the modern MSP world, I am a primary defender against ransomware and data breaches. Items such as Security Frameworks and Stack Standardization. 4. Technical Leadership & Documentation - Once I design a solution, I ensure it can be managed by the rest of the team. This includes a High-Level Documentation, Creating the "blueprints" (network diagrams, IP schemes, and SOPs) that the implementation engineers and support techs follow.

I am an independent specialist managing web hosting solutions and small office infrastructure for local small businesses. In the realm of web hosting, I offer solutions by running my own leased server, connecting small business clients to the Internet. My involvement spans both front-end and back-end technology, encompassing tasks such as building and managing customer websites, handling hosting, coding, and database functions. Beyond technological aspects, I assist clients in establishing their Google presence and provide support for online marketing through various social media platforms. In the infrastructure domain, I specialize in setting up Microsoft Desktop/Server, Microsoft Azure, or Google Workspace. I guide clients through the entire process, from initial setup to ongoing support for their offices, offering technology advice tailored to their specific needs. My goal is to ensure a seamless office experience, allowing clients to focus on their business without the distractions of computer-related concerns. It's important to highlight that this is a one-person operation, where I take on all roles, from handling technology aspects to managing financial matters.

Interlink Group Incorporated underwent a rapid national expansion in the time of my employment. I was hired at the building out of the Phoenix Office as the lead Windows specialist for assisting customers and developing solutions for our regional customer base. My position involved the design, development, deployment and support of both Windows based networking and application solutions. This was my first deployment of Windows Active Directory and the migration from a Windows Domain based network to Microsoft Active Directory. I was very active in sales support for our region, assisting them on calls and proposals for engaging new clients. I was the lead Windows expert for our Phoenix Region on any client contact. We were a Microsoft Solutions Provider and one of the local supporters when Microsoft needed sales and deployment support; therefore, I worked very closely with the local Microsoft personnel. Unfortunately, this great job was short term as Interlink Group did not survive after the business slow down caused by 9/11.

EDS Account: American Express Bank, Ltd. – New York City, New York Served as project lead and technical lead for the rollout of over 400 NT Desktop/Application servers and 4000 desktops in 20 different countries. This included the complete global domain design, network design, operating system standards and oversight of all rollout operations. Successfully converted hundreds of Novell Servers to NT Platforms. Interacted with American Express Bank management at the highest levels of the company. Performed both technical and non-technical roles in my current assignment. Traveled to many countries throughout the world implementing our global desktop solution. Listed below are the technical projects completed from design through implementation: • Global Multiple Master Domain Model • Global DNS domain AEB.AEXP.COM • Design & implemented and deployed Microsoft Terminal Server with Citrix Metaframe for mission critical Wall Street Trading application. • Global WINS NetBIOS name space. • Global Desktop Windows 95 and NT rollout using System Policies and Roaming user profiles. • Successful Implementation of many LAN based Client Server banking applications. Including mission critical Monetary trading applications. • Global Intranet

I attended the University of Cincinnati as a non-traditional student. Started school at age twenty-three and finished at age twenty-seven. Achieved a GPA of 3.6 and graduated with a BBA in Accounting all while working and having a family.

Worked full-time and attended school full-time. Graduated in 3 years.
