Currently serving as Director of Affordable Housing at The Rural Outreach Center (ROC), I focus on identifying, financing, and executing projects that bridge the housing gap in underserved communities. 🔹 What I Do: Lead affordable housing development projects, from site selection to securing funding and navigating zoning approvals. Analyze financial feasibility, develop pro formas, and secure funding through grants, tax credits, and public-private partnerships. Collaborate with stakeholders—municipalities, developers, architects, and investors—to create long-term housing solutions. Advocate for sustainable and adaptive reuse projects, ensuring housing aligns with economic, social, and environmental goals. 🔹 My Background: With an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the University at Buffalo and experience in property management, construction, and investment analysis, I bring a comprehensive approach to real estate finance, urban development, and housing policy.
