Rebecca Lynch
Attorney @ Davis Wright Tremaine LLP
About
I am an employment law attorney and represent employers in Washington and California on a wide range of employment matters including complex class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal court. I also counsel clients on employment and labor compliance, specializing in wage-and-hour issues. I have extensive experience in defending employers against claims involving the ADA, FMLA, FEHA, and a host of state-level laws, including the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). I provide expert guidance on terminations, employee leave, unfair labor practice charges, OSHA standards, and independent contractor reviews, as well as all workplace policies and employee handbooks. My clients are large and midsize employers in agriculture, transportation, healthcare, and various other sectors. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening. Also, I’m a proud member of DWT’s Latinx Affinity Group.
