> Have worked as Technical Support cum Sales/Service in field of Solar Inverters. > Responsible for providing technical product details and presentation for sales staff and customers/end customers in India. > Experience of installing, commissioning & troubleshooting the SAJ inverters, data monitoring devices, export control devices etc. > My primary responsibility was on-site troubleshooting, on time customer support, telephonic support, sales support and keeping track of complaints logged. > Regular Tracking of monitoring systems to determine health of PV Solar power plants. > Handling responsibility for spare parts management, material dispatches etc. > Responsible for Product comparisons with respect to the competition.

> Responsible for Online technical support / Telephonic support for solar inverters. > Responsible for Site Visit / On-field service support. > Experience of installing, commissioning & troubleshooting of various string inverters like Growatt, Solax, Goodwe, Kstar, Fronius, Sungrow, enphase micro inverters etc with proven service records. > Experience of installing, troubleshooting of data monitoring devices of the above inverters. > Regular Tracking of monitoring systems to determine health of PV Solar power plants. > Knowledge of Solar power plant design viz. String design, Protection system design like ACDB, DCDB etc. > Responsible for coordinating with Original Equipment Manufacturers for effective services and timely replacements.

> Responsible for regular tracking & handling of Service Complaints of Emerson UPS. > Responsible for providing online technical support for minor problems to customer. > Engaging with subordinates to execute the plan. > Responsible for providing Support against Software Installation. > Responsible for managing services in case of breakdown.

> Responsible for checking the SMT instruments to make sure they are accurate. > Responsible for carrying out quality inspections. > Responsible for manufacturing of led lightings PCB’s using surface mounting technology. > Responsible for Operation of Pick & place machine, Radial machine, PCB printer.
