We started building Kohbee with the intent of building an easy store builder that any educator creator could use on their mobile phones and launch fast. We grew to 200,000+ creators and merchants getting onboard in 6 months using Kohbee to sell digital products. The top accounts pulled in 1million to 1.5 million views a month. On top of this, we provided pre-built funnels that guide a buyer towards purchase and worked with out top accounts in increasing their conversion rate by as much as 5X. This became our X factor. Kohbee was awarded in Google Play's Best Apps of 2022. Kohbee is backed by Ah! Ventures, IITDelhi's FoF, Ankit Mehrotra and Sahil Jain (Dineout), Rocky Mohan, Sia LLP amongst other angel investors.

At Indshine, we were a drone startup that specialised in working with the government to create 3D maps with 5cm accuracy. It revolutionised city planning, infra projects and conservation efforts by the government. I generated 1.2Cr annual revenue by working with companies like KEC, CRISIL, Indian Railways, Renew Green Energy, Kalpataru Power Transmission, Renew and Hero Solar Energy which helped us stay bootstrapped and profitable. Had a great time and learned sales with one of the most difficult clients probably, the government of India.

At Oyo East Region, I reported to the Region Head as an analyst and under his guidance, we were able to scale very rapidly. Through data-driven analysis, I advised majorly on hiring, P&L, pricing, Performance Management and revenue optimisation. > Our total Sellable Rooms grew to 2X in these 12 months. > Our revenue grew to 3X its value. > Our Offline sales, the main focus of regional teams, grew to 4X its value.

I started this initiative in college to make it easy for people to read about plants and buy them. Instead of getting an internship, I setup my own online shop, and delivered plants door to door, made some money, first in Varanasi and then in Mumbai. Had to shut it down due to unscalable logistics.
