• Develop, test and launch enhancements such as mobile features, redesigns and sales collateral • Interface with internal and external customers to identify customer needs, assess competitor trends, and develop strategic requirements • Monitored product performance metrics using web analytics and business intelligence tools to identify new opportunities and optimize our opportunity • Create feedback loop with internal and external customers to develop improvements for New Leads Plus and new car development products in pilot testing • Partner with sales force to promote the successful sale of New Leads Plus • Collaborate with marketing, operations and various teams to ensure that the effective and correct messaging is streamlined across the company • Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors to execute campaigns and pilot tests • Troubleshoot database issues and bugs with back-end systems while defining long-term solutions

• Ensure that all assigned orders for internet advertisements are fulfilled and consistent according to standards for clients o Proof contracts and edit online advertisements o Primary point of contact for clients, sales representatives, affiliates, customer service, and various members of the entire production process o Train incoming Production Coordinators and present the Apartments.com Production Process to new sales hires • Manage on-site digital photography and video for clients’ advertisements along with travel arrangements for photographers; act as a customer liaison • Assisted in the launch and scheduling of Apartments.com new innovative video product and reported results directly to upper management • Create and organize production presentations for incoming sales & operations • Organize & analyze data reports for the ad production team and upper management • Assist Marketing department with side projects including SEO & SEM research

• Web content for www.WCIU.com and METV.com • Researched and produced field shoots for website segments • Prepared broadcast schedule for WCIU, METV and affiliate stations • Scheduled new shows and coordinated airdates with stations and affiliates • Researched and maintained database of Nielsen Ratings for all stations in Chicago and Milwaukee
