Lead the team to expand significantly into Honda Motor Cycles, GM and Mitsubishi programs to increase revenue to more than 150 Mil USD in 2013 and also built 2 additional faclities in Thailand. Separated Electronics business as part of Global restructuring and led the cost transformation of Interior business thru market down turn in 2014 by closing one facility and spearheading a company wide head count reduction program during the downturn (from 544 heads in Dec 2013 to less than 320 heads in Dec 2014). • Provide Country Leadership to Thailand team, Customer Relationship management, Supply Chain Management, Plant Operations, P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow accountability • Develop Thailand & ASEAN growth strategy and execute the strategy in alignment with Corporate and Regional Leadership Awards : * Global award from Ford Motor Company for best support during the Thailand Floods Natural Disaster * Nissan Appreciation Award for benchmark support and recovery during the Thailand floods * Best Supplier Award from Ford Thailand in 2011

Head of Visteon Lighting plant in Pune supplying Head lamps and Tail lamps to several large automotive OEM's in the western region of India Plant was originally started in 2007 and was a JV plant before Visteon took over operating control early 2010 Lead the transformation of culture to Visteon way with significant improvements in Safety, Quality and Delivery performance of the plant within a short span of time.

Head of Visteon Pune Interiors Plant manufacturing Instrument panels, Consoles, Door Trims, Bumpers and other exterior trims for Automotive customers in the western region of India including M&M, Renault and Tata Motors. Shifted to Pune in July 2004 and lead the team to construct the plant, install and commission the equipments and launch the new plant. Led the team in transforming the Pune Interiors plant from a raw new plant to an Efficient plant within few years since inception.

Head of Starter Motor Manufacturing and India specific Product Development / Application Engineering. Visteon Powertrain plant in Chennai was the 2nd largest exporter in India at that point of time, Key customers were Ford of Europe, Mazda, Volvo and Visteon U.S.A Successfully lead the team to make Chennai one of the Global Centre of Excellence for Starter Motors in Visteon. We achieved 18 straight months of Zero PPM performance making this one of the best plants in Visteon globally.

Asia task force Member of Global Starter Motor Engineering team which was led from Ypsilanti, Michigan with specific task of working with the LXB Starter Development team for Asia launch and 3.6Kw Diesel starter development team. As Core Member of the Ford Mondeo European launch team, successfully coordinated the Hassle free launch of the Starter and Alternator for the program with 0 issues

Worked in Starter Motor Manufacturing team with specific responsibility of Armature assembly line. Member of Core team responsible to initiate and execute Lean manufacturing process in the Starter / Alternator plant. The team successfully transformed the plant to one of the best Lean facilities in Visteon

Worked in Advanced Manufacturing group responsible for Drawring & BOM release and maintenance & Engineering changes. Core team member responsible for layout development, equipment and facilities development in the "CDG Cell project" and successfully introduced Cellular Manufacturing concept for the first time in the company.
