* Worked on command and control system architecture for DD-21 (later DD(X), now Zumwalt Class DDG-1000). Induced to move to Rhode Island from California. * Wrote production C++ code (esp. mathematical algorithms) for the Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) when work became scarce. Verified ballistic trajectory models using C interface to Satellite Tool Kit (STK). * Wrote prototype code and developed Bayesian classification models for comparison with Dempster-Shafer code that addressed the same test scenarios. Five years after leaving the company, received a patent on one of my techniques. * Did routine (mature program) system engineering work on the NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System, looking for upgrade opportunities.
