- Develop and implement procurement strategies and procedure in alignment with company objectives - Responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms - Develop and maintain supplier management; Supplier registration, evaluation and supplier performance monitoring

• Procurement of materials, supplies, capital items and service to support company manufacturing and operational requirements. • Request for quotation to supplier, review of suppliers offer, negotiation if required, prepare table of comparison if required, selection of supplier and issuing PO to supplier. • Sourcing for prospective suppliers/vendors to be registered as AVL. • Vendor audit for assessment for potential vendor/pre-Audit for new supplier, surveillance audit. • Process new external provider approval, qualification and registration. • Monitoring of performance key external provider for quality, delivery, CAR response & services. • Smart Objective, KPIs & Measurement in Purchasing Dept.

• Prepare production plan according to customer’s demand • Collaborate with the purchasing, QC and production team to ensure availability of labor, equipment-machinery, sub-materials, raw materials, quality issues and others • Analyze and resolve scheduling issues that would cause production delays. • Organize and implement production work timelines and goals to ensure customer fulfillment and production line capability. • work closely with the customer to get always the latest and updated demand/forecast and do negotiate adjustments when necessary

• Process orders from customers, verify price, delivery, and availability. • Coordinate timely fulfillment of customer orders with Engineering, Production and QC. • Arranging shipment export and import • Purchase sub-material, visiting and meeting with supplier related to their performance on materials/service supplied • Ensure that materials and sub-material are placed, stored and maintained in a clean, safe and secure environment
