- MBS Pre-Opening team. - Oversaw implementation of Infrastructure Protection/ Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design for MBS. - Founding member of MBS Security Department - Built and scaled security operations across Casino, Hotel, Conventions, Retail, ArtScience Museum and Theatres. - Operationalised SOPs that set the foundation of strength for the department moving forward. - Set up Security Operations Centre, Pass Office and Lost and Found functions.

- Supported pre-opening for Four Seasons and construction of Sands Cotai Central (P5/6). - Supported daily operations and backend administrative/training requirements for Venetian Macau. - Involved in formulation and execution of special projects. - Involved in planning and execution of Major events involving celebrities and commercially important persons.
