Cosmo Construction Consulting is focused on incorporating outside the box solutions to transform unwanted and neglected real estate into profitable assets. Key highlights since 2021: - I have grown the company through smart implementations of organization tactics and financial management to grow from yearly sales of $250,000 to over $2,000,000 (updated April, 2023) -Negotiated deals with various venders vital to company i.e. windows, doors, flooring, etc. -Built a professional relationship with Home Depot -Was hand picked to run the construction management and remodel various church projects Implemented a sidecar fund with various interested investors to benefit the Real Estate investors and grow Cosmo Construction Business. "Turning distressed houses into dream homes" Through the economic boom in Real Estate, especially in AZ, I have partnered with a group of investors and we are going through neighborhoods and fixing up distressed properties. No challenge is turned down and the end products are beautiful homes. The current goal is to create a team of young thinkers working to better the investment world for novice investors and students.

Perform due diligence and aggregate key venture growth metrics to analyze the health of early to growth stage businesses. I was the line of communication between Israeli companies and U.S. connections

Help run due diligence reports for diverse companies to assist investors in whether or not they should invest in a particular company. We create the reports then stand in front of all the investors in the room and share our insight that we acquired.
