Born and educated in London, England, Roy Higgs and his extensive network of specialists provide development consulting services—including design and planning—for retail, entertainment, leisure/resort, office, residential and mixed-use projects in cities across the United States and around the globe. Known as a real estate visionary in the U.S. and abroad, Roy is frequently called on to speak at prominent industry conferences, including International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) events. In addition, he serves as a guest lecturer for the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, where he focuses on international real estate.
