Monitoring and reporting all the campaigns results, proposing new ideas to test, so we can improve the results

* Managing direct marketing projects from the begining to the end * o Receiving clients requests, developing business proposals and marketing strategies according to clients needs * o Make Presentations in order to convert prospects to clients * o Solving all clients requests during the projects duration, developing a good and trusty relationship with clients * o Managing the relationship with all the departments involved in each project, inform them about clients specifications, supervise and train them, create projects planifications, establishing deadlines with the client and make sure the departments involved can and will respect them * o Monitoring the clients payments, making the invoices and monthly reports about the value of the projects.

* Implementing direct marketing campaigns addressed to existing customers: cross-sell, up-sell, product activation, usage increase, customer care & loyalty, retention * o Manage projects teams in all the steps of the campaigns (concept, preparation, implementation, monitoring, final evaluation). * o Analyze new campaign ideas and propose flows and concepts adjusted to customers profile and the internal resources of the company. * o Define clients profiles and analyses for better understanding of the customer behavior in order to be able to create offers suitable to the clients and increase success rates of the campaigns * o Create marketing briefs for developing marketing collaterals (direct mailing, emailing, SMSs) and create call center scripts with a direct sales approach * o Monitor the campaigns during the implementation period, make final evaluations, conclusions and recommendations in order to improve similar campaigns in the future * o Test new ideas to increase the efficiency of the campaigns in terms of costs vs results obtained (ROI, cost per account, etc)
