About
Hello, my name is Rou Marcellus, and I work as a commercial photographer specializing in fashion and portraiture. My love and passion for photography comes from the world and people around me. Photography translates my thoughts into images, it allows me to capture my feelings and express them visually. I am fascinated by the process of photography, the act of creating a set and all the small decisions that lead up to a final image draws me in and pushes me to create something new. I graduated with BFA in commercial photography at Savannah College of Art and Design. My experience in fine art has shaped the way I approach commercial photography; it forces me to be aware of the intention behind a photo as I strive to include everything that is in and outside an image to inform the work. www.roumarcellus.com
