I started by working hands-on with clients to design innovative, manufacturable solutions, translating concepts into production-ready outcomes. As my experience deepened, I took on greater responsibility for guiding projects from start to finish, coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and our in-house team to deliver designs that balance creativity and practicality. Since 2021, I’ve been leading the studio, overseeing daily operations, mentoring our designers, and keeping projects on track. My role blends client relations, creative direction, and project management, ensuring every brief is met with thoughtful, functional, and commercially successful results.
