Responsibility for converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to inventory health / optimization streamlined / reliable services and logistics and supplier performance. Meeting with suppliers to review performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies while ensuring management of their contractual requirements. Coordinating all purchasing activities including generating / managing/ reconciling forecasts and schedules. Monitoring the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories and dispositions materials for end of life factories. Partnering with all global factories and customers to drive the lowest possible materials and service impact to tool availability. Assessing appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to support factory SLA's and quality requirements. Participating in the development and continual improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization. Working with cross organizational teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions.

•Design and install of Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) tools and Industrial Sinks. Core role involved the reviewing and redlining of 2D schematic tool packages and 3D Design CAD models, taking them through design sign off stage in collaboration with Building Information Modelling (BIM) designers. •Overseeing all aspects of multiple tool installations including; daily field walks to ensure build outs as per design package, ensuring that keyed notes are met, generation of equipment sign off paperwork, completing equipment safety walks/sign offs with 3rd Party Equipment Sign Off (ESO) Engineers and ensuring adherence to all corporate health and safety standards/guidelines by all install stakeholders. •Engaging with structural, electrical and mechanical trades, tool and facility vendors and the project manager on a daily basis to ensure schedules are adhered to. Responsibilities include rectifying field roadblocks and observing synergy expectations between all stakeholders in the install project. •Ensuring ordering of equipment and parts are scheduled with Move In/Move Out (MIMO) group in a timely manner to meet tool install ramp. •Verification of all field equipment datums. Sign off of received incoming parts, subsystems, tools and managing their move in to final set to commence build out.

Initial nine month assignment in Phoenix Arizona within the Equipment Planning Coordination Team gaining experience in design and install of semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a state of the art fabrication plant. I spent my time collaborating and exchanging ideas with other Install Engineers in all aspects of the installation and commissioning of Thin Film tooling and industrial sinks for a cutting edge future Intel technology ramp.

Manufacturing Equipment Technician (Electro Mechanical) gaining experience and multiple certificates working on Thin Film and Implant equipment across both Intel Irelands 200mm and 300mm technology fabrication plants. Tools certified on include; Applied Materials P5000 CVD and Etch Systems / Applied Materials Endura 5500 / Varian E1000 Implanter / Varian E500 Implanter / Varian Kestrel Implanter / Applied Materials XR80 Implanter. Daily duties within this high volume manufacturing cleanroom environment included; • Scheduled and unscheduled hands on mechanical and electronic troubleshooting of complex machinery, sub systems and components using structured problem solving methodologies. • Hands on experience of vacuum plasma chambers and pumps, cryogenic pumps, pneumatics, toxic gases and chemicals controls, industrial water and filters, flow systems, exhaust ductwork, robotics, motors, boards and life safety systems. • Planning and execution of maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks and routines, calibrations, shutdown work, investigations and observations. • Calibration representative for 16 technicians in my direct organisation with ownership of all equipment that required annual calibration per ISO standards (hand tools/ meters etc.). • Responsibility for implementation of technical and lean manufacturing improvements. • Developing, testing and documenting production equipment changes and improvements. • Exposure to process engineering, process data analysis and statistical process control.
