Responsibilities Include: • Overseeing the development and implementation of efficient material replenishment strategies based on Lean Six Sigma principles. • Continuing to build and promote a culture that is not only receptive to Lean principles, but embraces their utilization through understanding their true value. • Managing inbound, internal, and outbound logistics teams to ensure all relative KPIs are met while consistently driving improvement.

Responsible for Health, Safety, and Environmental business practices, facility maintenance, facility security, implementing Lean Principles, managing various facility and efficiency projects, overseeing the Damages department, and assisting with corrective actions resulting from customer quality concerns. Duties include developing unique solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce risk identified in our FMEA. Responsibilities include: • Overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental related activities, reporting and implementation of best practices. • Overseeing facility maintenance department to ensure operational success. • Overseeing facility security department to ensure compliance with South Carolina Foreign Trade Zone requirements. • Developing and deploying a roadmap to introduce Lean Six Sigma principles to a newly acquired Bosch facility. • Developing material flow routes to ensure efficient operations can sustainably perform. • Leading Industrial Engineering projects tailored to improve operational productivity while reducing risk in our processes. • Leading facility improvement projects to improve preparedness while ensuring an appropriate work environment. • Developing unique solutions to dynamic concerns identified in our internal processes. • Overseeing operations of the Damages department to ensure key performance indicators are met. • Overseeing the coordination of customer quality interactions when addressing customer quality concerns.

Responsible for overseeing all material movement efforts in warehouse and throughout manufacturing plant to ensure critical key performance indicators are met. Duties include allocating workforce resources, developing and implementing measures to monitor and boost productivity, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include: • Improving operational productivity through applying Lean Six Sigma and Bosch Production System techniques. • Overseeing daily operations to ensure key performance indicators including on time delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity and logistics quality are met. • Developing reporting structures to ensure executive management is informed of all performance related metrics. • Driving improvement teams responsible for identifying and eliminating operational waste. • Developing work standards to ensure that operational processes can be executed in an efficient, replicable and sustainable manner.

As a Logistics Specialist, I was responsible for: Planning of finished goods production; maintaining planning and ordering parameters of MRP system; developing detailed data to support premium freight control systems; developing a level production schedule per lean six sigma standards; monitoring master production schedule to ensure on time delivery of finished products to customers; coordinating new product releases with customer and production plant.

Worked to optimize inventory and transportation costs within service level requirements for Siemens Electrical Division Southaven Central Distribution Center.
