Ross Bradshaw, Founder of New Día, has 7 years of experience as a Massachusetts marijuana advocate and entrepreneur fighting for equity. EON was founded in 2017 to educate and inform people of color on how to become active participants in the Massachusetts legal cannabis market. Our goal is to ensure equitable employment opportunities for black and brown communities who have been targeted by the War On Drugs. We believe that in order to best address the lasting effects of prohibition, we must facilitate access. We specifically support a path to economic empowerment for people with past marijuana convictions and returning citizens.

HHL began servicing customers in 2014 in Massachusetts, and in 2015, was accepted as 1 of 10 companies in CanopyBoulder, the first mentorship-driven business accelerator for the Cannabis industry. Having now served hundreds of customers, in multiple markets, HHL envisions a multi-state expansion of our proven business model and services. With the support of our stellar team, industry knowledge of ancillary products, and unique insight into customer cannabis purchasing behavior, HHL is positioned to be the first national direct sales company for cannabis tools and accessories.

Massachusetts Cannabis Reform Coalition (MassCann) is a chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). We are a non-profit foundation established to educate the public about marijuana and marijuana policy. The mission of MassCann is to build a consensus for a moral and rational public policy regarding all uses of the cannabis plant.

As a member of the Internal Audit Department I performed detailed assessments of operational, financial, and systems activities. Daily responsibilities included providing recommendations to strengthen internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and safeguard the corporation. Additional responsibilities included communication of strong technical knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles as well as execution of restatement and forensic accounting procedures.

Health Industry focus in the following areas: Health Information Technology, Risk and Regulatory, Personalized Medicine, Pharma and Life Sciences, Research and Development, and Medical Devices As a member of the core audit team, I completed full integrated and compliance audits for public and private companies within the Health Industries (Hospitals/Pharmaceuticals/Biotech/Diagnostic and Medical Device Organizations, Non-profits) Responsibilities included the implementation of technical standards and audit best practices along with performing financial and data analytics. In addition I formulated recommendations for mitigating risk areas and implementing process improvements

Held responsibility for the preparation of financial statements, performance reports, daily log sheets, correspondence, payroll reports, and department memos. I managed, supervised and coordinated all operations and maintenance of recreational facilities. In addition, I supervised employees (staff of 10-12), enforced safety rules and regulations, and managed purchases of equipment, materials, and inventory.

As an employee of The Bridge, I provide support, guidance, advocacy, case management, and empowerment to clients with behavioral and/or emotional disorders. Responsibilities included the organization and supervision of all scheduled shift activities, review of staff performance, and management of client reports.
