I am very passionate about my role as the Service Trainer / Service Auditor for Rentokil Initial i strive to train our employees to be the best at what we do. I have experience in all aspects of the service department they are Service Technician / Service Supervisor/ Service Trainer / Service Auditor these roles have given me the knowledge to strive to be an asset for the company. * Supervise the Induction process on the first day for a new Service Technician. * Product training for new and current office staff. * Training new employees in all aspects of becoming a service technician. * Complete service audits at a customer premise also accompany Account Managers on site when requested to complete an audit. * Attend all pod meetings to conduct product training each month. * All rounder have the experience of a Service Technician / Supervisor / Service Trainer and Auditor. * Fill in for the Service Supervisors when required. * In the field with Service Technicians that require retraining in aspects of the job.
