Supporting the Heads of Trading and Sales to oversee and analyse the business' performance (client reporting & analysis, competitor benchmarking) to help design and implement the target business model Preparation of strategy documents (town halls, budget presentations, strategic reviews) and management reporting tools to track progress of various initiatives Developing, implementing and monitoring policies & procedures (front office responsibilities, conduct & ethics, marketing materials) Supporting Front Office throughout the client lifecycle to address issues (KYC, legal, credit, transaction approvals, ad hoc client requests) Working with other functions (Middle Office, Legal, Regulation & Compliance) to design & implement procedures & processes to meet changing regulatory requirements including training, reporting and oversight
