Designed the world wide consumer and health care professional support infrastructure. Hired key leaders to run regional support centers. Directed Canadian and US consumer and health care professional contact centers, including outsourced call center. Managed a multi-million dollar budget and team of 50+ associates and contractors. Redesigned many work processes to increase customer satisfaction while simultaneously reducing costs. Worked closely with all business functions to improve products and services offered, assure regulatory compliance and improve profitability. Implemented numerous IT system redesigns and improvements.
