* Successful completion of Defense Acquisition University Configuration Management Certificate Program, Maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance for issuance of C.A.C. card and access to various government SharePoint/database sites. * Host configuration change control meetings, implement outcome of said meetings, and record minutes. Make changes in SharePoint. * Update items in company’s CostPoint site as needed. * Assist Quality department in reviewing and gaining approval for changes to internal processes. * Responsible for archiving company business support records and program documents. Contact person for retrieving these records. * General reception duties as well as maintain Conference Room schedules, including meeting set up, and ensure compliance with company visitor policies. * Daily use of office equipment including fax, plotter, Multi-line phone system, and computer with MS Office systems. * Provided Administrative support as requested for typing and proof-reading presentations, ordering office supplies, data entry for ManagerPlus, and confirming guest travel itineraries.

* Provide safety presence as requested by medical staff. * Investigate and document reports of theft, violence, and accidents. * Perform and maintain documentation of routine patrols of assigned areas; noting and correcting safety and security violations as found. * Act as Visitor and Patient Welcome Team, escorting as needed and assisting with special needs persons.

* Support and supervise a team of 15 employees; providing training, improving performance through team competitions, and reconciling timecards. * Create and maintain records of daily employee performance stats, personnel files, employee evaluations, termination records for HR purposes. * Deescalate calls and provide resolution to difficult customer account problems.

* General front desk reception duties including checking incoming employees for displayed badges, ensuring vendors and visitors adhere to company Visitor Policies. * Assist HR Department with perspective employee background checks and giving new hire Safety Presentations during hiring seasons. * First person of contact for all building Access and Fire Alarms, including monthly testing and annual certifications. * Create and Maintain Facility Logs including building maintenance requests, company policy violations, and OSHA incident reports. * Utilized building CCTV surveillance and company computer monitoring software to provide company requested internal Fraud Investigation, including drafting the report of the company’s official findings and assisting with the terminated employee’s exit interview. * Scheduled company’s annual Safety Family Fun day; including inviting vendors, maintaining budget, and promoting the event to maximize employee attendance.

Floor Officer – Supervise daily routines of assigned area of inmates. Designated as Field Training Officer for new officer training and annual officer evaluations. Booking / Release Officer – Intake new inmates and assign to appropriate population area. Update inmate records with charges and release dates from legal paperwork, record and secure inmate personal property. Accurately calculate and deposit large sums of money for both inmate personal property and release securities. Transport Officer – Secure and transport inmates to various off site destinations such as court hearings, doctor appointments, and court orders work assignments Dispatch / Master Control Officer – Responsible for all facility movement via CCTV, Access Control Doors and two-way radio. Document all movement and incidents for legal purposes
