About
My commitment to serve marginalized communities is shaped by personal experience — raised in a low-income immigrant household in New York City, I’ve seen firsthand how limited access to capital, services, and support can narrow a person’s future. I was fortunate to have mentors, a full college scholarship, and early exposure to Wall Street that changed the trajectory of my life. My career has focused on expanding access to finance and opportunity for underserved populations — whether structuring cross-border capital at Citi, financing low-income mortgage lending across Latin America at IFC, or partnering with government to utilize industrial assets for fresh food manufacturing. I bring a unique lens shaped by both Wall Street and grassroots execution — blending financial rigor with a commitment to inclusive growth. My interests lie at the intersection of impact capital and access to essential goods & services (housing, finance, health), with a particular focus on how public-private collaboration can help solve the world's most pressing challenges. First-generation college grad. Harvard MBA/MPP. Bilingual (Spanish/English).
