I successfully accomplished all my tasks including scheduling, billing, data entry, and printing prescriptions from pharmacies to distribute them to the corresponding provider.

Responded to up to 60 daily callers to schedule appts. Provided data entry including client personal information, payment schedules and invoices on the computer and on QuickBooks. Organized files.

Primary responsibilities are accurate processing of customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing etc. Responded to customer inquiries and cross-sold and/ or referred products leading t an increase in sales.Provided professional , exceptional customer service.

Greeted and directed customers to their desired areas. Identified transactions that require additional assistance and relays information to operations staff and makes referrals.Provided workflow scheduling, transaction approval, and teller training and/ or teller supervision. Managed the flow of customers in the lobby by assisting them to prepare their transaction.

* I'm responsible of telephone interviews for two studies in the Arthritis Research Group in the Division of Rheumatology/ Dept. of Medicine. Interviewing and tracking Spanish speaking study participants. I also sometimes be asked to review translated materials to ensure acceptability and comprehensibility by the target population.
