My key responsibilities were managing and coordinating the permanent fleet and contracts. This entailed visiting multiple sites on a weekly basis to ensure smooth day to day running and driver quality is what our customers expected. Driver recruitment and management was a big part with the business having over 200 permanent vehicles working at anyone time. During that time I helped implement MKII of Leopard delivery system. Training for drivers and supervisors was critical to ensure the smooth transition of the new system.
