- Working in the Client Solutions team, sourcing; Software Developers, Test Engineers, PM/BA's, Data Engineers/Analysts, Tech Architects, Product Designers/UXUI Designers and more. - Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure the continued progression of business - Managing end to end interview processes from both a Client and Candidate perspective. - Using 'Bullhorn' recruiting CRM as well as other tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards, Mailshots etc. - Undertaking regular recruitment/sales training to learn and grow my skills

I worked part-time alongside studies doing data inputting tasks such as invoice reporting, employee rotas and timesheets. I was also required to respond daily to challenges and potential issues as they occurred. Often in the Homecare business problems can arise at short notice and my responsibility was to ensure this was effectively handled. My other responsibilities included distribution of invoices to clients weekly and processing payments from OPT (public sector) clients.
