Oversee the regional clients across RPO's in Asia Pacific. Heading RSR's regional accounts and heading all members of the team to deliver quality services to the Client. Ensure cost effective and efficient operations and infrastructure are in place to support both internal and external customers and drive profitability and productivity.

RSR's Center of Expertise (COE) is dedicated to ensuring that Randstad Sourceright not only delivers optimum results for each of our RPO clients today, but that we continuously evolve to keep companies ahead moving into the future. The Asia Pac COE encompasses all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing (both passive candidate search and attraction strategies), technology enablement, candidate engagement, client interaction and management approaches, process and workflow, along with associated metrics and reporting. It also encompasses Solution Design and Implementation as key building blocks to a successful RPO engagement.
