This position will consist of the scrap disposal activities, back lot responsibilities, make various pick up's or deliveries, and perform other responsibilities within the Maintenance Helper position. Some of the duties include sort scrap, scrap bulbs, load scrap pallets, police back lot, burn off scrap, assist Maintenance Technicians in repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures and plumbing and electrical systems within the manufacturing facility. While not all inclusive this provides an idea of some of the duties: Various disposal activities as mentioned in the description Various cleaning and clean up activities Assist Maintenance Technicians with repair and maintenance of equipment Miscellaneous other duties as needed or assigned

* Sanitation workers, also referred to as refuse collectors, collect trash from * homes and businesses. They either lift the garbage cans themselves or use * a hydraulic lift for dumpsters. The work is physically demanding and * repetitive. Sometimes they have to lift large heavy objects, such as * furniture or large kitchen appliances. They normally work an 8 hour shift * that often begins between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. They usually work regardless * of the weather.

* Assist in the establishment of CBRN defense measures * Provide training advice and supervision regarding CBRN equipment and operations * Train military and civilian personnel on CBRN response operations * Operate and maintain CBRN detection and decontamination equipment * Serve on Biological Integrated Detection Teams, STRYKER NBC Reconnaissance Platoons, Technical Escort Battalions, Special Forces and Ranger Units

Maintains unloading via manual processing of truck deliveries on a daily basis to the facility. Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Provides Customer service by acknowledging the Customer, identifying Customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving Customer issues and concerns, and promoting products and services, while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Receives and stocks merchandise throughout the Facility and organizes and maintains the backroom by following Company safety, cleaning, and operating procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation. Ensures products are organized, maintained, and stored according to company policies and procedures.
