With over ten years of experience in the IT industry, I am a passionate and innovative solutions architect who specializes in cloud and data solutions. I have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end enterprise data platforms, data monetization strategies, and customer experience management solutions for leading telecom and utility companies. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address complex business challenges and create value for customers and stakeholders. I am currently a solutions architect at CLP, one of the largest power companies in Asia Pacific, where I am responsible for leading the domain architecture and design for customer engagement applications, including marketing automation and website/mobile apps, EV application. In my previous role as a system architect at Hutchison Telecoms, I was instrumental in developing and managing the data strategy and roadmap for the company. I oversaw the design, development, and deployment of a customer data platform that integrated data from various sources and enabled omni-channel marketing and customer analytics. I also managed the vendor selection and implementation of a campaign management system that enhanced the customer experience and increased the retention and loyalty rates. I leveraged my skills in Azure cloud, relational databases, Tableau, Adobe, and data processing, analytics, and visualization to deliver high-quality solutions that met the business requirements and expectations.
