Carry out equipment periodic maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance procedure and safety requirement. • Assist Engineer on machine improvement and parts testing. • Maintaining/updating SOP, work procedure and training material or report writing. • Carry out firsthand repair and troubleshoot on machine breakdown to maximize equipment uptime. • Assist in spare parts inventory. • Actively involved in TPM, perform routine equipment patrol check or inspection on automation system. • Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary. • Carry out repairs or overhaul of parts for automation. • Assist in identifying equipment failures, root cause analysis and recommending solutions to technical issues. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

•Perform shift duties to provide line support to production for AMHS, Conveyor and Stocker •Perform equipment preventive maintenance for AMHS, Conveyor, Stockers •Troubleshoot AMHS equipment-related problems (Basic recovery/Parts Replacement) •Handling of Material Control System (MCS) •Identify various AMHS, Conveyor choke points for production and provide alternative route solution to minimize the impact. •Coordinate with manufacturing and software engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet production objectives. •Managing Continuous Improvement Projects for AMHS, Conveyor, stocker system •Manage vendor's performance to meet automation KPI and goals. •Document SOP, recovery/PM procedures and best-known methods for automation equipment •Control and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize cost. •Support new tool integration with AMHS system •Follow 6S standard and maintain system in best working condition. •Increase equipment uptime through systematic troubleshooting with quality workmanship. •Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. •Played a key role in the startup and ramp-up of the company’s new wafer fabrication facility (Fab 7H), supporting operational readiness and successful production scale-up

Assigned at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (tsmc) Fab18 under the supervision of Taiwan Daifuku Corp. (TDC) Primary role: • Check, adjust and modify the system for its automated operation • Install necessary softwares, firmwares and parameters relevant to automation • Identify and analyze underlying causes of performance and quality issues and provide corrective action • Eliminating automation operation errors with proper adjustment of parameters • Conduct performance test run to verify systems efficiency and reliability • Comply with standard operating procedures and safety protocols defined by both TSMC and TDC • Full adherence to 6S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) practices at all times Duties and responsibilities: • Initial inspection and checking of newly delivered AMHS vehicles (Daifuku Cleanway) prior to adjustment. • Installation of drivers for servo system (forward travel, reverse travel, slide motion, lift motion) using SanMotion. • Upload/download necessary parameters and firmware. • Upload appropriate area file for Hokuyo UBG sensors (Anti-Collision Sensor, Obstruction Sensor, Area Beam Sensor). • Adjustment of Hokuyo UBG sensors (Anti-Collision Sensor, Obstruction Sensor) using S software and Optical Axis Checker. • Adjustment of parameters for efficient foup pick-up and deposit. • Final test run of adjusted vehicles before turn-over to customer. • Perform other tasks assigned by tsmc and TDC.

Primary role: • Responsible for the operation of the Data Center Solutions Technical department and its operation. • Assist in planning and executing of department targets in order to meet the overall Company objectives • Provide technical support for all variety of Data Center products (UPS, Batteries, RF, BMS, PACU) • Liaise with other internal departments and/or external resources as needed • Supervising engineers under DCS department during day-to-day tasks and providing customer support in escalated situations Duties and responsibilities: • Monitors all designs, estimates and inspection works being handled by the technical department. • Attends or assigns engineer to join sales pre-bid conference, site surveys and meetings relative to proposed projects and job requirements. • Conduct and supervise surveys, design and estimate works, quality control inspections and preparation of reports and pertinent documents required in projects. • Review and interpret electrical plans, mechanical plans and raised floor plans and bid documents. • To coordinate with customers/project designers/partners to come up with a precise design needed. • Check and recommend for approval of all design, estimate, specifications, scope of works and work schedule prepared by the technical department. • Monitors the activities of technical engineers. • Conduct inspection at site in coordination with partners/clients and project managers to validate installation output and quality of workmanship. • Develop and implement strategies to ensure satisfactory and on time completion of every projects

Primary role: • Provide technical support to customers engineering team in project planning, design and execution • Ensure meeting of key timing commitments to customers • Determine product disposition and various technical issues relating to our products (UPS, Batteries, RF, BMS, PACU) • Implement best practices in developing technical solutions Duties and responsibilities: • Pre-sales and post-sales engineering support covering operations, project management and long-term planning for every project assignment. • Formulate estimated costs and engineering design in accordance with the requirement and the local electrical code. • Attends sales pre-bid conference, site surveys and meetings relative to proposed projects and job requirements. • Review and interpret electrical plans, mechanical plans and raised floor plans and bid documents. Formulate design, estimate, specifications, scope of works and work schedule. • Conduct inspection at site in coordination with partners/clients and project managers to validate project requirements. • Prepares accurate bill of materials in accordance to the electrical, mechanical and raised floor plans. • Prepares report for all work deviation initiated by customers and partners. • Prepares weighted accomplishment report on the projects duly singed and approved by the customer authorized representative. • Technical Presentation which includes answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our products and services. • Full engagement with the customers in providing solutions to their technical issues by doing research, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions.
