Overall in charge of the warehouse operation. Supervise the cleanliness and ensure that all stocks are organized Closed monitor to the deliveries and ensure correct and completeness of deliveries. Monitor the collection of CNC. Create reports including the POD, number of deliveries daily, collection, warehouse status and any other concern and report to the top management every week. Monitor the inventory to ensure the accuracy of the stocks inside the warehouse. Create liquidation and submit replenishment report to accounting dept. Monitor the stocks level of the items to avoid the out of stocks. Coordinate to Sales Agent regarding their item request and ensure to deplete the items in their committed date schedule. Check PO via emails and coordinate to logistics coor for the schedule delivery of the items.

Conduct customer survey for their satisfaction. Receive units to DMS system and report any damage upon stripping Register unit to system and upload necessary attachment, once sold. Close communicate to all branch for their concerns. Check the movement of the shipdown unit and ensure that upon arrival of unit all the attachment are complete . Update the New Machine handover to system. Follow to branch all the attachment needed in updating the system.
