*Develop and implement an annual employee experience plan including strategies aligned with company culture and values to enhance engagement and retention. *Plan and execute welfare activities and events, including company celebrations, team-building activities, volunteer programs, holiday celebrations, happy hours, swag, etc. *Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address employee needs, enhancing workplace morale. *Manage vendor relations. *End-to-end responsibility for the employee life cycle. *Primary point of contact for employees and managers in Israel and India on various HR matters. *Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. *Responsible for maintaining employee data within people systems (including Bob HRIS system). *Manage recruitment processes while working with department leaders on technical positions. *Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. *Manage offboarding processes and gather valuable feedback from the departing employees to identify areas for improvement. *Oversee the office's day-to-day operations and conduct relations and negotiations with vendors.
