 Working closely with the Medical team (Doctor, Nurse, Hospital Employees, medicaid, medicare, health/auto insurance and Social Worker); helping them to communicate with the patient or with the family to ensure the communication is accurate & complete.  Working with the judge, attorneys, and helping them with case proceedings when the plaintiff or defendant is a Bengali speaking person.  Monitoring the call as a neutral person and intervening if necessary when the Bengali speaking person can understand some English or he/she brings some one of his/her family to speak on behalf of him/her.  Working with health insurance personnel to ensure there is no communication gap between them and their Bengali speaking clients  Helping the Hotel industry, when the Bengali speaking person calls to book reservations.
