Responsible for ensuring that customer’s orders were fulfilled accurately and shipments are received on time. Responsibilities included: 1. Communicated shipping arrangements with the vendor. 2. Used the SAP system to arrange shipping schedules, track shipping status, and arrange payment. 3. Run the SOP projects (i.e., coordinating interdepartmental communication with the Information Technology Department, understanding and documenting internal processes using flowcharts, etc.) 4.
