Responsibilities and Duties: • Development of automated risk management tools for reacting to ‘smart’ customers’ bets in Soccer. • Provide recurring reports on: - Group performance and the impact of the current mix of business. - Identify important customers along the impact they are having. • Regularly assess how liabilities are managed by the business: - Efficiency of lay limits of both Online and Retail Sportsbooks; - Developed thresholds that trigger alarms to warn of the build-up of liabilities; - Likelihood of large losses in Soccer due to several favourites winning any given weekend. • Assisting colleagues within and outside the Risk department with the development and automation of repetitive processes. • Responsibilities for hiring team members and developing business knowledge and technical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties: • Development of VBA tools for automated assessment, prediction and Quality Control of data. • Continual communication with regional offices regarding catchment management activities. • Development of contracts for tendering and selection of successful respondents for engineering assessments and works in managed catchments. • Review of contractors’ modelling approaches and reports and providing feedback.

Responsibilties and Duties: • Continuation of PhD activities of collecting rainfall and hydrometric data in study catchments. • Quality assurance and analysis of all collected data. • Modelling of catchments in Ireland using modelling approach developed in PhD to quantify contributions of hydrological pathways to rivers. • Generalisation of modelling framework utilising statistical methods. • Presentation of research in journal papers, international conferences and technical meetings. • Measurement of river discharge at different locations in study catchments.

“Modelling of Hydrological Pathways in Ireland”. This thesis consists of quantifying the contribution of different flow pathways to rivers. This involved the analysis of site specific data. The hydrological models Mike 11 and MODFLOW were used to model these contributions with a statistical analysis carried out to relate these separations to catchment characteristics such as slope, aquifer type, soil type, etc.
